PARAKINZ uses customer information to run the store, process and fulfill orders, provide support, keep transactions secure, and comply with legal obligations. Checkout and payment are processed through Shopify.

Information is used to process purchases, arrange shipping, communicate about orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain the storefront, and meet legal or tax obligations.
Shopify and service providers
Checkout, payment, order processing, shipping, hosting, and related services may receive information needed to perform their part of the transaction.
What you are buying
PARAKINZ products are small-batch 3D-printed collectible display figures. Product pages, checkout totals, and the Shipping & Returns policy form part of the purchase terms.

Information you provide
When you place an order or contact PARAKINZ, you may provide information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping details, order information, and the contents of support messages.

Checkout and payment
PARAKINZ uses Shopify for checkout and payment processing. Payment and checkout information is transmitted to Shopify and its payment/service providers as needed to complete and protect the transaction. PARAKINZ does not need to display or store your full payment-card number on this custom storefront.

Technical data, cookies & services
The storefront, hosting services, and Shopify checkout may process technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, and site activity, and may use cookies or similar technologies for security, cart, checkout, preferences, analytics, or other enabled store functions.

Pricing, payment & availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable tax are added at checkout. Payment is captured through Shopify checkout. Orders remain subject to product availability and successful payment processing.
Small-batch 3D printing
Subtle layer lines, surface texture, and small variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not automatically defects. Product color can also look different across lighting and screens.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping, return eligibility, damage claims, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns page. Please review that policy before placing an order.
PARAKINZ characters & artwork
PARAKINZ names, character designs, artwork, photography, logos, and site content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
